Cloth woven in Huddersfield in two-ply high-twisted construction with an open weave structure, ensuring a matte and dry look for versatility and excellent crease resistance, requires minimal care and is ideal for travelling.
Our jacket features an unpadded shoulder with our signature lapel buttonhole, with higher armholes giving the garment an exceptional range of motion. We’ve also extended the shoulders slightly with our classic subtly-roped silhouette for a masculine yet elegant and timeless look. This jacket is specifically styled with jetted pockets for the simplicity and practicality of casual dressing.

The rugged work shirt. Cut from textured chambray that carries a raw, structured hand, this shirt carries hard-wearing properties and would ensure beautiful fadingwith age. Accoutred with a pocket design that signifies ‘modern-vintage', a silhouette that pays homage to the old work shirt, but modernised and tailored to The Anthology’s style, also to a modern man's. Our interpretation of a casual t-shirt that frames a clean and smart look. An idea inspired by 1950s sportswear, it is the culmination of contemporary and ‘high vintage’.
The style features a simple design with specific proportions — a higher neck, ribbed sleeve and collar, shorter body and longer ribbed hem. This allows the t-shirt to hug around your trousers’ waistband without going too long or needing to be tucked in, maintaining good overall proportions even when paired with mid to high-rise trousers and sport coats.
This product is made of fine-gauge organic cotton, handpicked and sustainably farmed. (Please read our Ethical Sourcing and Production Statement) Incorporating full knitted construction, this breathable summer knitwear gives a defined body and contour. To enhance the luxurious silken finish and soft hand, the garment has gone through a tumble washing procedure in a final step unique to The Anthology.
Pair this with: practically anything in your wardrobe, be it a suit, sport jacket or Lazyman jacket. Colour-wise we suggest blue, brown, grey and white. Sneakers and espadrilles are also suitable.

Civilman Trousers are the relaxed versions of your tailored dress trousers. Like a chino, it is at the same time a step-up of the rugged jeans/classic denim. It embodies a modest and courteous image, mostly casual with a hint of dressiness. We specifically sourced a hard-wearing cotton drill that offers excellent form and durability for everyday use.
This design is based on the classic five-pocket denim, built-in with curved inset pockets on the sides of the front with a coin pocket (formerly referred to as a watch pocket). The traditionally big patch back pockets are purposely replaced with our signature anchor-shaped flaps. Cut for a mid to high-rise, straight-legged, perfect for tailoring and casualwear. Wear them pressed with the centre crease or without, up to your preference.
