Thank you for visiting The Anthology’s (“The Anthology”, “we” or “us”) website (URL) (the “Site”). This Website is owned and operated by Access Group Limited (“The Anthology”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The Anthology reserves at our absolute discretion the right to interpret this legal agreement of Terms and Conditions of the Website (“T&Cs”), and with the use of our website (the “Services“, collectively accessing, browsing, using, subscribing with, registering with, logging-in, and / or placing an order on the Website), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to all these T&Cs with immediate effect.
We will collect, use, store and disclose any personal data provided by you in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Anthology reserves the right to make changes to the Site or any part of the T&Cs at any time. Please visit this page from time to time to check for any updates or changes to any part of the T&Cs.

Registration
You will need to register an account to use some of the Services available on the Site. In registering an account and in your use of the Site, you agree to (where necessary) provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we use your personal data.
If you are under 18, by registering for an account with us or otherwise using our Services, you agree that you have informed your parents and guardians about the T&Cs prior to such registration or use, and they have approved of such registration or use by you on the terms of the T&Cs. The Anthology reserves the right to only accept orders from you if you are aged 18 or over.
We will never ask you for your account’s password either in writing (via email or otherwise), in person or on the phone. In using the Site, you are responsible for: (i) safeguarding any passwords used to access your account and our Services, and (ii) all use of our Services under your account. Please take reasonable care in protecting access to your account from any unauthorized use. If you suspect that the security of your account has been compromised or if there is unauthorised use of your account, please contact us immediately.
Intellectual Property
All software and “Content” (which is defined as, or includes, any text, audio or music, video, graphics, photographs, and image) are the intellectual property of The Anthology and are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
The Site is for your personal and non-commercial use only. Any non-personal and/or commercial use of the Content is only permitted when expressly authorised by The Anthology and/or its third party licensors. You may not distribute, reproduce, publish, sell or license any Content contained within the Site without prior consent or authorization of The Anthology. Any such unauthorized actions may result in civil consequences or criminal penalties.
Eligibility of Purchase
In order to place orders with us, you must meet our conditions of eligibility:
- Be aged 18 years of age or over;
- Be in possession of a valid credit/debit card issued by a licensed bank acceptable to The Anthology for payment; and
- Providing personal and payment details that are warranted by you to be both valid and accurate (email address, real name, phone number, billing information and other requested information as indicated on the Site).
In placing an order with us, you authorise The Anthology to process a charge or charges on your credit/debit card account in the amount of the total purchase price of your order. You also expressly authorise us to use personal information provided by you to perform appropriate anti-fraud checks such as credit checks and also to, where necessary, transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties including, but not limited to, credit reference or fraud-prevention agencies, which may keep a record of that information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your data.
All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
The Site is for your personal use only. You may not purchase goods from the Site for reselling purposes or commercial exploitation.
Pricing
Prices are shown on the Site and billed in US Dollars (USD) for all orders shipping to any countries.
Prices displayed on the Site at the time your order is accepted will be honoured except in the case of obvious error. Whilst we use our best endeavours to ensure that all prices appearing on the Site are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are error-free and reserve our right to rectify any errors. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
If your credit/debit card is not denominated in US Dollars (USD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Customers will only be charged for the price of the product(s) purchased, the delivery costs, goods and services tax (if needed) and value-added tax (if needed), excluding import tax and duties. Customers are responsible for the payment of all import tax and duties levied by the country to which the products are shipped and payment of the said tax and duties is necessary for the release of the products ordered from the Customs on arrival. Our courier partner may contact customers about the details of any import tax and duties to pay. We advise you to contact your local customs authority to determine the cost of all import tax and duties of your order prior to your placing orders with us.
For COVID-19 T-shirt Charity Campaign
100% profits of the 300 t-shirts will be donated to International Committee of the Red Cross and Médecins Sans Frontières.
"Profits" means the total sales of the product less any applicable sales taxes and/or duties, the original costs of the product, payment charges, and any associated inbound taxes, duties and shipping charges.
Pre-order
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means our stock is currently in production and it isn't available to ship immediately. By placing a pre-order you are effectively reserving the product to ensure you receive it as soon as it is available.
When will my payment be taken?
Your payment will be taken immediately.
When will my pre-order be dispatched?
The estimated dispatch date for a pre-order product will be displayed on the product page. This is subject to change. Please check the product page for the estimated lead time. If you do not hear back on any updates after the estimated duration, kindly email our Customer Care team (customercare@theanthology.net) for an update.
If you purchase a "Pre-Order" and "In Stock" item together, your order will not be shipped until Pre-Order item is released.
If you want to get “In Stock” item soon, please make payment separately.
Also, if you order multiple "Pre-Order" items with different release dates at the same time, all items will be shipped together once they are available.
( All items will be shipped together after the last product to be released.)
If you want to ship as soon as it's released, please order them separately.
What if I want to cancel the pre-order?
Due to the nature of pre-orders, they are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Store Credits
If an order is made using Store Credit is cancelled or returned, items that are attributed to store credits will be restored back as store credits to your profile only. The store credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
Gift Card
- A unique code will be sent instantly to your email address once the payment is completed
- Enter the code at checkout to redeem the credit
- The unused value will remain at your gift card for future purchases
- If the total amount exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance could be completed through our supported payment methods
- Gift cards are not eligible for refund or exchange

Payment
We accept payments made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal for all international orders.
By placing an order using one of the above credit/debit card payment methods, you confirm that the credit/debit card account used is yours or that you have been authorised by the owner to use it. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to The Anthology, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Our payment processes meet the stringent international security standards set down by the Payment Card Industry to make your shopping experience safe and secure. If you have registered an account on the Site and have decided to save your card details with us, your details will be fully encrypted, solely used to process card transactions that you have initiated and securely stored on our systems. In the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if any third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when using our Services.
Acceptance of Payment
Content (including without limitation product images, descriptions, pricing, stock availability, and sizing information) on this Website constitutes our invitation to treat, not a binding offer.
Once you have entered your personal and payment details and placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email is confirmation of receipt of your order and does not constitute an acceptance of your offer / order or any promise concerning your offer / order.
If your order can be accepted by us, the contract between you and The Anthology shall be deemed concluded when we send you an email to confirm that the goods under your order have been shipped to you.
Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment are included in the contract concluded. All sales contracts are concluded in Hong Kong SAR and are written in English.
The Anthology reserves its right not to accept an order for any reason in its sole discretion (including but not limited to any of the following reasons):
- The product you ordered is out of stock, or is withdrawn for failure to meet quality standards or due to the shipping restrictions applicable to any or all of the ordered items.
- We are unable to accept your order due to a system error.
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
- You do not meet the eligibility criteria to purchase as set out in these T&Cs.

Liability
The Anthology does not guarantee that the use of the Site and Services will be error-free or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We recommend all users of the Site to ensure they have up-to-date software, including anti-virus, installed.
Some events may happen beyond our reasonable control. Under such conditions, The Anthology will always do its best to aim at maintaining its Services but will not be responsible for failing to meet any obligations in this T&Cs.
Indemnity and Waiver
At our request, you agree to compensate us fully and hold us, The Anthology (including its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers), harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the T&Cs by you. This includes the use of the Site by any other persons using your account caused by your action or inaction.
If you breach the T&Cs and we take no action against you, it is no wavier for us to exercise our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the T&Cs.
In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall apply and prevail.

The Anthology (“The Anthology”, “we” and “us”, as the case may be), its officers, management, and members of staff shall, at all times, respect the confidentiality of and endeavour to keep safe any and all personal data (“Personal Data”, as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486) of China-Hong Kong) (“Ordinance”)) collected from you and/or stored and/or transmitted by you to us. Please read the following to learn more about our Privacy Policy Statement (“Statement”):
I. What this Statement Covers
This Statement covers our treatment of Personal Data that we collect when you are our member, when you subscribe with us or when you request us for our services. This Statement sets out how we use your Personal Data; what Personal Data we collect; how we ensure to protect your privacy; and your legal rights on your Personal Data.
II. Collection of Personal Data
1. For the purpose of carrying on The Anthology’s business, you may be requested to provide your Personal Data when you subscribe as our subscriber, when you visit the Site when you conduct a purchase transaction with us, when you join our VIP, membership, reward or loyalty program (“Membership”), when you submit any comments or feedbacks to us and/or when you are required to verify your identity with us.
2. The Personal Data that you may be requested to provide with us includes but not limited to, inter alia, your name, contact phone no., email address, correspondence address, gender, date and month of birth, age group, payment details, purchase and order details, delivery details.
3. All Personal Data will be collected on a voluntary, open and fair basis. Certain Personal Data are required for specific services and if you fail to supply your Personal Data as requested from each specific service, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services. By providing your Personal Data to us, you acknowledge that such provision is fair and reasonable in the circumstances.
III. Purpose for Collection of Personal Data
The Anthology will collect your Personal Data for the following purposes:
1. for the provision of products and/ or service by The Anthology to you.
2. for carrying out your instructions or responding to your enquiry;
3. for direct marketing purpose, including designing further products and services for you and marketing products or services;
4. for payment purposes for products, services and/or facilities by The Anthology, including verification of your payment details with third parties (like banks, financial institutions, and other payment platforms);
5. for use of the online services available at The Anthology website and/or through other telecommunication channels;
6. for identification and verification purposes in connection with any of the products, services and/or facilities by The Anthology that may be rendered to you;
7. for managing customer relationship, including without limitation, any Membership programs run by The Anthology;
8. for investigation of complaints, suspected suspicious transactions, and research for service improvement;
9. for forming part of customer data base necessary for the operation by The Anthology; and/or
10. for observing any legal, governmental or regulatory requirements of the China-Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“China-Hong Kong”) or other relevant jurisdiction including any disclosure or notification requirements to which The Anthology or other class of data recipient, are subject.
IV. Accuracy
The Anthology will take all practicable steps to ensure that the Personal Data so collected are accurate. However, your efforts to provide accurate Personal Data upon subscription of The Anthology’s services and thereafter to update any change of your Personal Data are always welcome.
V. Personal Data Sharing and Disclosure
1. Unless The Anthology hears from you to the contrary upon subscription or receives subsequent notice from you, The Anthology may, where such disclosure is necessary to satisfy the purpose for which the Personal Data was collected, provide such Personal Data to the following parties:
(1). employees and officers of The Anthology;
(2). the brands traded, operated or owned by The Anthology;
(3). contractors / service providers of The Anthology (who are engaged by us to assist with providing you our services);
(4). other business associates, like operators of our Membership programs, or operators in providing customer care service or fulfilling customer requests;
(5). banks, financial institutions, credit reference agencies, credit, debit or charge card companies, and/or other payment platforms; and/or
(6). the court or regulatory body with subpoenas, court orders or for the purpose of legal process.
2. The Personal Data you provide to us may also be sourced from or transferred to other jurisdictions outside China-Hong Kong for any of the aforesaid purposes.
VI. Access and Correction
1. You have the right to know:
(1) the privacy policy of The Anthology;
(2) whether The Anthology holds any of your Personal Data; and
(3) the kind of Personal Data being held by The Anthology.
2. You have full control and ability to correct or edit your Personal Data at any time, including whether you want us to contact you about direct marketing purpose, promotional offers and new products and services, and/or deletion of your subscriber or Membership account.
3. You may request your right of access or right of correction by logging in at theanthology.net. Alternatively, you can write to us via e-mail to info@theanthology.net. The Anthology will, upon satisfying itself of the authenticity and validity of the access or correction request, make every endeavor to comply with and respond to the request within the period set by the statutory requirement.
4. Pursuant to the Ordinance, The Anthology is entitled to charge a reasonable fee for our processing of any data access request.
VII. Security
Data security is our top priority. We strive to ensure that your Personal Data will be protected against unauthorized or accidental access, processing or erasure. We maintain this commitment to data security by implementing appropriate physical, electronic and managerial measures to safeguard and secure your Personal Data. Encryption technology, such as SSL, may be employed for the transmission of Personal Data collected online. Also, our web servers are protected by data security measures and our systems are monitored to prevent any unauthorized access. However, you are also invited to protect against unauthorised access to your Membership or log-in account, password, payment and credit card details, and delivery details.
VIII. Retention of Personal Data
Your Personal Data will only be retained for as long as is necessary to fulfill the original purpose for which it was collected, unless contrary to any applicable statutory requirement.
In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
This Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China-Hong Kong. Where The Anthology’s operations are subject to privacy legislation other than that of China-Hong Kong, then this Statement shall be applied so far as practicable and consistent with such local legislation.
