Part I: Book an Appointment

Whichever suits your schedule, rest assured the process will be breezy and enjoyable. 

Part II: Fittings

This is where we loved the most, listening to your excitement on creating something beautiful just for you.

A cloth is designated to be worn against your skin, so it is critical for you to seen it with your eyes and felt with your palms. We have an array of the finest collections mainly from Italy and the UK and other places where the cloth is specialized. No need to stress-out, because our professionally trained advisors and fitters will take you through our fabric selection, discuss with you side-by-side, and introduce all the options to customise your tailoring piece. We then take your measurements after your selection, either via our Made-to-Measure standard sized block or create a Bespoke pattern for you depending on your choices (Bespoke pattern requires extra trial block fittings).

We will listen to your desires and provide advice that will concrete a look that works best for you. We are here to assist you in turning your idealization into reality. 

Part III: Review

Expect lead time for your garment to be around 4-8weeks for local customers, whereas trunk show customers will receive the garment by our next visit. We will contact you for a follow-up fitting when your garment is ready, we will then review your garment together and make adjustments if necessary. Pick it up right away, or we alter them for you, it would be stress-free anyhow.

Part IV: Reorder

Simple as it is. We now have your pattern on file, simply contact one of our team members for any desired garments to be made.

Craftsmanship:

Each garment is full-canvassed, crafted by hand, with a bespoke pattern made from scratch for each individual.

Customisation Level:

Bespoke pieces are based on The Anthology’s house style. Iterations can be made according to your preferences. Fabrics, linings and buttons are fully customisable.

Fitting Details:

The fitting process includes 1-2 fittings, in which the fitting(s) would be done on a toilé (meaning trial cloth) to ensure the perfect pattern with more accurate body catering prior to cutting the final cloth. The second fitting would proceed as our fitter sees fit. The final fitting would be in a finished garment with your selected cloth. The fit by then would most likely be set and it can either be delivered or further fine-tuned. The first commission would take no less than 3 meetings, with recurring orders no longer than two months once a pattern is brought to perfection.

A garment based on The Anthology's signature house style. We are finessing fit by sharing our vision together. The whole process is executed within a shorter time frame, made more efficient.

Craftsmanship:

Each garment is fully canvassed with handmade buttonholes on the lapel, where it is most eye-catching.

Our Made-to-Measure program is based on our house style. It features extended shoulders, a lower gorge and a specific proportion of collars and lapels made exclusive to The Anthology. Keeping the overall interior of the jacket soft, the garments also come with slightly roped shoulders that retain an extent of formality in consideration of the needs of certain professions, also bringing a subtle drama to the artistic creation.

Customisation Level:

Customisations are available with fabric, lining, and button choices.

Fitting Details:

The process comes with full body measurement and fitting with our house blocks at the first meeting. The garment would be finished and further adjustments would be done on the finished piece during the follow-up meeting to ensure the most desirable fit standard we can deliver. The first commission will take no less than 2 meetings.
