Shipping and Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch all merchandise ordered within 2 business days after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the estimated delivery time when you receive an email to confirm the merchandise have been dispatched to you. The Anthology’s teams will try the best to meet the estimated delivery but cannot guarantee that such estimate can be met.
Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise may be exchanged (subject to stock availability) or returned within 14 days of purchase provided that:
(1) all tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labeling, authenticity cards, extra buttons, hangers, dust bags and boxes are intact and returned together with the merchandise;
(2) the product must be in pristine, unaltered and resealable condition
(3) the original invoice is presented;
(4) a completed returns form is presented.
Returns or exchanges outside 14 days of purchase or receipt of merchandise (as the case may be) may be accepted at the sole discretion of The Anthology.
Customers will take full responsibility for the returns to send with international courier with tracked shipment. Return shipping cost shall be paid by customers or deducted from the final refund value if necessary. The Anthology reserves the right to refuse returns that are not made via tracked shipment.

Exchanges
Unless as otherwise set out under the applicable laws and regulations, customers are permitted to exchange merchandise once for a different size based on stock availability.
Customers will take full responsibility for the exchanges to send with international courier with tracked shipment. Return shipping cost shall be paid by customers. Upon the returned item is received and approved by The Anthology, the replaced item will be sent by The Anthology with full responsibility.
The Anthology reserves the right to refuse returns that are not made via tracked shipment.
Refunds
At The Anthology’s sole discretion, the original purchase amount will be credited to the Paypal or credit card used by the customer for purchase of the merchandise for all refunds.
Initial shipping will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective in which case a full refund will be made subject to inspection and compliance with the policy under “Return of Defective Merchandise” below.
Return of Defective Merchandise
Customers should contact The Anthology in respect of any defective merchandise immediately by contacting the Customer Care team at customercare@theanthology.net. Initial shipping on the defective merchandise will not be charged. The Anthology reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective merchandise before authorising a return.
