Goodman Jacket - Hawthorn

Goodman Jacket - Hawthorn
82% Linen, 18% Wool
The Goodman Jacket captures the essence of modern day’s pared-down tailoring. Like the Lazyman Jacket's casual elegance, the structureless Goodman Jacket offers an additional touch of structure and form by using heavier fabrics. It drapes, gives shape, and its notched lapels and patch pockets offer a nod to timeless tailoring. Unlined and cut longer with straight lines, this jacket melds the best of a traditional blazer and a chore coat. Forgoing a chest pocket, it features unique double-sided waist pockets that highlight perfect symmetry, accented by a throat latch.
Woven in Belgium from a vintage wool and linen blend, this cloth was originally developed in the early 2000s for one of the world’s leading upholstery houses. A rare find, it captivated the creators of The Anthology with its rich tactility and deeply robust and textured visual appeal. A true collector’s piece with history in every thread, designed for those who appreciate materiality and nuance in their wardrobe. Due to the nature of the cloth, we recommend this to be worn during transitional weather or cooler summer evenings.
