Terry Popover in Japanese towelling.

Having functionality in mind, we envision this piece to be worn loosely, casually before and after a swim. Hence, no buttons or fastenings are needed around the neck to keep it the simplest possible.

The devil in detail lies upon the hand-attached collar-piece. It is the only way to avoid collars from looking distorted when working with such soft towelling cloth. It is also a crucial hand-done procedure to ensure a beautifully laid-out open-collared look once popped over.

Piped with a cushioned layer around the seams, also the end of the sleeves and the main body, the meticulous detailing offers a drapey yet lazy feel, also full-bodied, with better definition.

Terry Popover available in both Toy Poodle and Cloud White. We recommend it to be paired with our Seersucker Drawstring Trousers this summer to complete a smart yet relaxed look. Available in three colours, with each having a different setting in mind.

Summer is the best time to call for casualwear. We wanted something to ensure your comfort when the mercury rises. Peak summer is unforgiving. Hence, a pair of shorts in a specific fabrication that we developed would be much needed.

This season, we are also introducing our version of the one-piece collar to our Advanced Made-to-Order Shirting Program.

The one-piece collar was a big favourite over the hot summer; sinuous with a dramatic collar roll, curves like the form of a butterfly. Like many others, we enjoy this unique expression, but the problem of only having one-piece collars left open chest remained a myth. Some classic advocates have raised their concern about the collar looking slightly edgy, pompous if anything, a little too attention-seeking. Quiet elegance and practicality have always been part of our design lexicon, hence our determination to create the one-piece collar that retains the artistic insouciance, with the addition of functionality in real life.

Here it is, finally, after a year in the pattern room, refined and rectified. A one-piece collar that prevails over its predecessor. With specific adjustments made to the collar, it sits gracefully under a jacket without a sense of looking overdone, whilst perpetuating the nonchalant appeal — the angular sparrow shape that spans across the whole collar silhouette. The impeccable collar design also comes along with a whole cut collar piece that extends towards the internal panel, finishing off with a seamless look, which in our eye, is the most charming part of a one-piece collar. Our interpretation of this design component also comes with a fastenable top button, which does not scream 'fancy' or 'I am special, look at me' but keeping every constituent staying elegant, also allows one to dress up when the occasion calls for a tie.

The Lazyman Jacket, as many may know, is one of our signature casual jackets. Summer embraces creativity to dress with the limited layers one can put on.

We experimented with a new way of wearing our White/Tan Seersucker Lazyman Jacket — to forego underlayers of any kind, simply donning the Lazyman Jacket bare as if it's a shirt as the most intimate layer to the skin. If one can own a seersucker shirt, why not a Lazyman Jacket?

The modern drawstring waistband detailing does not only offer flexibility to the waist, but it essentially adorns the more casual aesthetic, also differentiating from our classically tailored trousers.

Every time you tie this, it would look different. It’s idiosyncratic and very personal as if one is telling a different story each time. Tie it your way.

We specifically sourced a lighter weight seersucker from Japan to complement the more casual look. Wavy in texture, flowy but tapered in cut with single reverse pleats, also equipped with welted side and back pockets, one can indulge in this pair of everyday trousers with utmost comfort while retaining a clean and smart look. Available in three colours: Terracotta (as displayed at the beginning of the campaign), Tobacco (shown above) and Pickle Green. None of these colours is your regulars. They are carefully selected. Rest assured, they are very unique.

We specially fitted the Terry Popover with a fuller chest drape along with extended shoulders/dropped shoulder seams, also a straighter hem for a slightly boxier and fuller-bodied look. When styled with the lightweight Seersucker Drawstring Trousers, the ensemble adds up as a completion to the whole ‘Lazyman’ look, carefree, at ease, with a bit of nonchalance.
